Nabil has over 20 years in the corporate environment, specializing in Operations, Finance, Start-ups and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Prior to forming A&B Acquisitions Inc., Nabil was an integral member of Joint Venture/Acquisition and Business Development teams in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. He has managed diverse project portfolios, including market analysis studies, strategic planning, negotiation processes, coordination of planning teams, and achieving acceptance and implementation of plans.
Nabil is fluent in several languages and is able to conduct business in English and French. He is an active member of the World Trade Center Association (WTCA) and has served as a advisor on its active committee on International Relations & Development.
Nabil is also a partner of the private investment firm, "QUANDEGE Acquisitions Group Inc".
With a background in business and economics, Athena has provided clients with expertise in International Trade, Foreign Exchange, Commodities and Equities and has assisted companies in developing strategies to protect foreign assets and securing (international and domestic) financing throughout North America and Europe.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia University, New York.
